Silicon Valley Film Studios has combined resources with Salty Samurai Studios to embark on filming a comedy skit about a giant spider attacking a city. Skit is based on a short script Matt Olson wrote about 6 years ago, and will begin pre-production immediately. Shooting is planned to begin July 3rd, 2009, and will finish approximately August 23rd. Editing and color correction is scheduled to be completed mid-September, and will be finished sound design by hopefully the end of September. Look for a tentative release date of October. Film will be released in film festivals, YouTube, and perhaps as a short segment in some local San Jose area theatres. Look for updates as filming progresses.
